Error and Performance Data from the Web App

To keep STREAM reliable, the STREAM web app sends technical error and performance data to MOYAFLOW. Hospitals can use this page to inform their staff, for example in their employee privacy notice.

What is collected​

  • Program errors and warnings: error type and message, HTTP status, and the request ID of the failed request
  • Page load times and rendering metrics
  • The version of the web app in use
  • Browser type and version, operating system, and device type (for example smartphone or desktop)

Page addresses are shortened before they are sent: IDs, access tokens and email addresses are removed. Email addresses in error messages are masked.

What is not collected​

  • Names, user IDs or IP addresses
  • Form input
  • Screen recordings
  • The usage behavior of individual people

The web app stores nothing on the device for this purpose (no cookies, no local storage), and there is no identifier that links one visit to a later one.

Processing and retention​

The data is processed exclusively on systems operated by MOYAFLOW in the EU, is not passed on to third parties, and is deleted automatically after 15 days. Processing takes place under the existing data processing agreement.
