CSV Order Documents
This page describes the CSV files that STREAM Cloud sends for approved carts when a fulfillment unit uses the CSV order document format (see Fulfillment Units). It is intended for anyone who imports these files into an ERP, materials management or shop system.
Delivery
The CSV files are attached to the same emails as the PDF documents would be. Each approved cart produces up to two files, one per document type:
| Document type | File name (German / English) | Contents |
|---|---|---|
stocked | Kommissionierbeleg_<MOYACODE>.csv / Picking-List_<MOYACODE>.csv | Stocked items |
order_only | Bestellliste_<MOYACODE>.csv / Order-List_<MOYACODE>.csv | Order-only items and free text positions |
The file name language follows the organization's language. A file is only sent if the cart contains items of that type.
File Format
- Encoding: UTF-8 with byte order mark (BOM).
- Delimiter: semicolon (
;). - Line endings: CRLF. Line breaks inside a quoted cell are also written as CRLF.
- Quoting: RFC 4180. Cells that
contain
;,"or line breaks are enclosed in double quotes; double quotes inside a cell are doubled. - The first row is a header row with the column names.
- Each following row is one line item. The cart information (MOYACODE, approver, codes) is repeated on every row.
Columns
| Column | Type | Example | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
position | Integer | 1 | Position in the document, sorted by storage path. Matches the position in the PDF. |
moyacode | Text | AB12CD | Unique code of the cart. |
document_type | Text | stocked | stocked or order_only. |
approved_at | Date | 2026-10-08T14:30:00+02:00 | Time of approval, ISO 8601 with offset, in the organization's time zone. |
approver | Text | Jane Doe | Name of the user who approved the cart. |
location_code | Text | KH1 | Code of the location. |
unit_code | Text | ZL | Code of the fulfillment unit. |
supply_area_code | Text | STA3 | Code of the supply area that placed the order. |
product_id | Text | 100200 | Article number from your ERP. Empty for free text positions. |
product_ref | Text | REF-1 | Manufacturer or supplier reference. Empty for free text positions. |
product_name | Text | Syringe 5 ml | Product name, or the text of a free text position. |
quantity | Integer | 3 | Ordered quantity in packaging units. |

item_descriptor | Text | pcs | Item designation. Empty for free text positions. |
storage_path | Text | A-01 | Storage location of the item. Empty for free text positions. |
The packaging columns together describe the packaging unit, for example
1 PK of 100 pcs. With a quantity of 3, three such packaging units are
ordered.
Protection Against Formulas
To prevent spreadsheet programs from executing cell contents as formulas, text
cells that start with =, +, -, @, a tab or a carriage return are
prefixed with an apostrophe ('). If your import processes such values, remove
the leading apostrophe.
Rules for Importers
- Deduplicate on
moyacodeanddocument_type. In rare cases, for example when an approval is retried, the same document can be sent more than once. - Read columns by name, not by position or count. New columns may be added at the end in future versions. Existing columns are never renamed, reordered or removed.
- Expect empty values in the product and packaging columns for free text positions.
